The book has been made without intent for profit. Its price is to cover the cost of high quality printing and binding as hardback in full colour, as well as the costs of printing drafts, and sundry items such as copyright, ISBN registration, and provision of free copies to libraries.

The cost of £20 applies if the book is collected or delivered by hand locally. The book is heavy at about 1.7 kg (3.75 lbs) and will not pass through normal letter box entrances. £5 or £7 is to be added for secure packing and normal parcel postage (see above). Specific postage requirements and any additional costs arising can be sorted out using the form below.

If not an in-person cash transaction (and not direct from bookshop), the money is to be paid by bank transfer and the order will be fulfilled on receipt of payment.
